This method validation kit consists of three XBridge BEH HILIC columns packed with three different batches of sorbent. XBridge BEH HILIC columns contain unbonded BEH substrate and are designed to retain and separate very polar compounds. These unique columns are optimized and tested to produce efficient, reproducible separations under HPLC HILIC conditions. More rugged than silica based HILIC phases, the BEH particle’s chemical stability results in long column lifetimes. Packed in ultra-low dispersion hardware, 2.5 µm eXtended Performance [XP] columns enable exceptional separation performance, robustness and throughput for HPLC assays while enabling a seamless transition path toward UPLC adoption.

AAA-10 is an orally active inhibitor of gut bacterial bile salt hydrolases (BSH). It targets *B. theta* rBSH with an IC₅₀ of 10 nM and *B. longum* rBSH with an IC₅₀ of 80 nM. This product is for research use only and is not sold to patients.
